President & Owner
Over his twenty-five year career, Wayne has held prestigious positions as Senior Technician and Field Service Project Coordinator at William F. White International and CineQuip White Inc. before establishing Field Service.CA in 2001. Wayne established his technical expertise designing, commissioning and servicing various professional theatrical and architectural lighting and audio manufacturers systems, including ETC Inc. (formerly Electronic Theatre Controls), from coast-to-coast across Canada. He spends much of his valued time travelling Canada fulfilling your ever-changing requirements in the entertainment, architectural, and production industries..

From his start in AV and stage lighting equipment rentals to his current role in sales and system integration, Charles brings over 30 years of AV and lighting experience to the CETEC team. Charles was drawn to the company by the strength in both the quality and consistency of products represented by CETEC. He is best known for finding technical solutions, connecting AV and lighting professionals, and providing top-tier integration for his customers, and his commitment to all projects continues to elevate the standard of total customer satisfaction.
